i don't know that what happened is Obama's fault. it's very surprising it took so long for it to get mainstream notice [this is day 36ish, right?] but that isn't necessarily any one's fault on a federal level. if rig members didn't report this, etc, they're at fault. in fact most of the fingers that should be pointed, should be done so at people on that rig
