Logo Ideas?

I have to create a logo for a political party that i created for a school project. The name to my party is: The Freedom Nationalist Party, and our slogan is: "It's the people's party". I need to come up with a logo for the party.

Our party focuses on Health Care, Taxes, Environment, and Law and Order. Any ideas would be great.

BE CREATIVE AND SIMPLE.
 
Well, the Republicans have the elephant, and the Democrats have a donkey. Perhaps your party can have a walrus?
