LOGIC RIDDLE HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!?

Four friends went fishing and brought home a total of eleven fish. If each person caught at least one fish, which one of the following must be true?
(a) Somebody caught exactly two fish;
(b) Somebody caught exactly three fish;
(c) Somebody caught fewer than three fish;
(d) Somebody caught more than three fish;
(e) Two people each caught more than one fish.
 
c) at least one or more had to catch fewer than 3, because if they had all caught at least 3, there would have to be at least 12 fish not 11 ??????
 
Only C. And of course only if we are assuming no one caught anything and let it go.

To prove C, assume one of them definitely caught less than 3 or they would have a total of 12 fish (3x4).

To prove E may not be true, one of them might have caught 8 and the others only 1 each. For A and B and D, they are all possible but none of them are provable. C is the only one we know for sure is true.
