My 2001 Mazda tribute steering wheel will not unlock. The car was fine for the yr that i had it and today the key's tip will go in the ignition but not thw whole key and it won't start or allow me to fully put the key in, in order to turn and start the car.
I've called aaa and the dude spent about a good 30min trying everything from unhooking the battery to jiggling the wheel until he finally looked into the book and he said that i needed my spare key as well in order to unlock the car. it seems far-fetched so if anyone can help please do.
