soo my friend had the Slate C350 and it broke on her, she is obsessed with her phone. Shes been using another phone of her brothers that she absolutely hates.So for a christmas present i bought her the exaxt same phone as before that was locked to ATT. She HAS ATT as a service provider. I didnt think this would be a problem, what are the next steps to making this work? I thought since it was ATT and she has ATT that it was as simple as swaping out the sim card. Is this going to be a problem or as simple as a phone call or visit away? It kept saying service not available when she tried using it.
