Lock/Unlock Smart Key Toyota Corolla'09 LE problem?

My corolla having some strange problem lately. Every time i hit the unlock button, the beep and horn are ON. It also happens while i lock the door by hitting lock button from the key. The horn also ON while the car being shut off by turn off the key as well.

Those problems never happened before.

Please help.
