lock code on v3s

I have tried connecting to the phone via bitpm, p2kseem and a few other programs, but all have failed. I work at a corporate cricket store, and my co-worker locked her 3 day old v3s. I was left with trying to figure out how to get it unlocked, and have had little success after trying numerous programs and investing a few hours on this.

any ideas on programs to use or any tricks to get this unlocked. it asks for lock code upon power-up so i cant reprogram it or anything. I have tried searching the forums and have had very little luck so far. everything i get is only compatible with v3a's and v3c's.
