bulb is working but it dont flash or done of your blinkers work or is it brake lights and blinkers if that the case get some new bulbs flasher makes the turn signal blink but doesnt do a thing for brake light so id say your bulb is bad but the flasher is most always by the fuse box about the same size as a bottle top .. what i woul ddo is turn on the blinker and walk a round car if one is out it will blink fast on the dash
