im programming my website with PHP language .... and you know apache and the localhost thing ... whatever ...
while im programming im using internet explorer .... so after finishing i thought to check about the website on google chrome , so after opening it ... the header links is not active ....
Is this normal and after uploading the website online it will works or is there a problem ...
need help urgently
