There is a local business in my area for sale. It's a mechanic business.
I am going to school to become an ASE certified mechanic. I wanna snatch this business before someone else does.
The selling price is 130k. I checked with myfico and my credit scores are currently 650. I know they aren't the best but it's something. Could I get the loan or should I try to raise my credit a little higher?
I really want the business and even if I have to pay $1k a month to pay off the loan, I don't mind. I have the money to pay the loan off and even when I get my cert I know this business will be successful.
