loading images on a computer?

hi, i want to make a custom tee shirt and i created a logo on microsoft word 2007. i tried saving it to pictures adn its there but it wont open up when i try to upload it to my shirt. how do i turn it into a image like all the sample pictures? thanks for yor time and have a great day!
 
In MS Word. Make sure you can view the whole image.

1. Press "Print Screen" on your keyboard.
2. Open an Image Editor like MS Paint, MS Office Picture Manager or Adobe PhotoShop.
3. Create a new file and Paste it there (CTRL+V)
4. Save the file into an image file.
 
Try Opening the image > Print Screen
Open Art> Ctrl+V
File>Save> "FileName".jpg
