Hi folks...
I was wondering if anyone here with asthma lives in any coastal towns?
We live and work in So. California and we're thinking of moving closer to the ocean.
I've heard mixed things about living near the ocean...
Pros: cleaner air, and the salt in the air is good for the sinuses
Cons: the marine layer can make breathing difficult
I know I can't live in a place like Arizona... I always have trouble with my allergies big time! Ironic, since "dry" is where asthmatics are usually told to go!
Most of my asthma problems occur when I have a virus, but I've been recovering faster thanks to my sinus rinses and Mucinex!
Thanks for any feedback!
