living environment regents help plz?

i just took a practice living environment regents here at my house and i got a 62(53/85). im mad at myself bc i always change my answers and the original answer was right. how do i kno when i should chane it bc i always do and get them wrong. ive heard that ur supposed to go with ur first answer but i thought thats only in math. but this is the first one ive taken since i started studyin and the conditions i took it in werent ideal. any tips for studyin and/or takin the living environment regents. im just so mad/ dissapointed in myself =( this is the first regents that i will be takin so idk wat to expect. its thur and then math is fri
