Live Action Shows/Movies given a cartoon follow up: Using the original actors.

With one notable exception: Robin Williams didn't return as the Genie due to some sort of contract dispute, so Dan Castellaneta took over the role.

Even if Robin Williams hadn't had a contract dispute with Disney, I doubt he would have lent his voice to 86 episodes of the t.v. series with a fulltime film career. Not to mention the cost would have outragously high for someone like Robin Williams.

I remember on the Back To the Future series that aired on CBS in the early '90s, they got Christopher Lloyd to reprise the role of Doc Brown in wraparound live-action segments, but Dan Castellanata did his voice in the animated portions. They did get Mary Steenburgen to voice Clara from part III, IIRC.

Kinda. While the 2d series didn't have many actors return from the movies, the CG Series did have the actors for Jar-Jar and General Gevious return (Ahmed Best and Mathew Wood respectively), Plus (if I'm not mistaken of course), didn't Anthony Daniels return as C3P-0 for the CG series? I know he did for the 2D series.

Yep, he has. He's voiced C-3PO from everything from the Droids cartoon in the mid-80s, to the 2D Clone Wars series, and probably that animated segment from the Holiday Special that introduced Boba Fett (which, oddly enough, had Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford doing the voices for Luke Skywalker and Han Solo, respectively).

In the Scooby Doo segment of Batman The Brave and The Bold episode "Bat-Mite Presents: Batman's Strangest Cases!", Jason Marsden provided the voice of Robin.

Though this could be iffy. In Back to the Batcave The Misadventures of Adam West and Burt Ward, the flashbacks to Adam and Burt's time on the show Batman has Jason depicting Burt who is playing the part of Robin.

But I figured I'd include it on the grounds it does count.
