Live-action Beavis and Butt-Head film coming?!

Scott's like 30, 31, or in that general area. Heder's pushing 30 himself.

But yeah, a live action B&B might have worked 10 years ago when the franchise was hot, when the 'idilot buddies' craze was a goldmine, but not so much now.

And I nominate Billy Bob Thorton as Buzzcut.
 
I suppose the film will take place when the characters are in their 20s or something, but it looks like it would look like a bad remake, I think an animated version would be better, with Mike Judge's voices.
 
Heder actually looks a little bit like Butt-head, so I could definately see this working out. If the flick is released, then I doubt I'm going to see it in theaters, but I'll probably give the DVD a try.
 
We've had the live action Beavis and Butt-Head living in the White House and running our country for years now. They need a movie now too??;)
 
I remember when they made the 'prequel' to Dumb & Dumber-- the actors they got had makeup to make them look more like the younger counterparts of the characters from the first film.

If the voices work, and they have some decent makeup, it might work-- but I'd have to see it to see if they do a decent job or not.
