Laurie def. had ppl shoveling the snow for him

I like having hot chocolate after shoveling

I really wanted to walk out during Shakespeare in Love. I looked at my watch constantly during that movie

I ran across this on HBO this afternoon and it was at my very favorite part of the movie ... when Laurie proposes to Jo out in the woods. How she could possible turn him down is beyond me!

 Luckily my dad or brother shovel the snow. If there is a lot I will join in and we will all trade off so we can take a rest! Shoveling snow is hard work. Until you've done it, you don't understand!

I wonder if Laurie ever shoveled snow?! Probably not! :D

it's my fav Kirsten role

I always felt Beth was too much in the background - she was supposed to be like that, but it prevented her from being my fav character. Great job to Claire Danes, though. The death scene was one of the saddest.

Love this movie so much. I cry when Beth dies & when Jo says "no" to Laurie.

yes I've read the book (not the other ones though) and still have an attachment to Jo/Laurie even though it ends up like the movie does...with different couples

Still love the movie.

The costumes are fabulous!:thud:

I think so too
and when I was reading LW I was picturing those actors & actresses in the parts :)

I forgot which movies but it's happened more than once. It wasn't cause the movie was bad just cause I was tired
