my mate has just bought a toyota surf and on the consul next to the gear shift is a little red button. The writing on it is in japanese and so is the owners manual... nothing lights up when pressed and there is no decernable difference to the drive.. we thought it may be a diff lock or an overdrive but these functions appear on the control for engaging the 4WD... does anybody know what it is..?
