Hi, wonder if anyone could possibly help me with a lump on my foot.
For the last 10 year or so I have had a small lump on the heel of my foot that if left is a little uncomfortable to walk on. Now, every month I take a sharp modeling knife and trim off the hard skin that protrudes a few millimeters out of my heal, inside the hard skin inside the heel I pick out a white solid core of something with a sewing needle, my foot is then no longer uncomfortable to walk on until a month has passed and the white core in my heel comes back and the hard skin forms again, then I will trim of the hard skin and the saga continues as if to say.
The lump is about the width of an average adults little finger nail, the lump has never spread or gotten worse, the white core that I dig out is quiet small, maybe half dozen grains of fine sand in size.
So, what do you think, does it sound familiar to someone?
I thought it maybe verucca but looking at pictures on net, it doesn't look like one. My feet are in good condition otherwise.
