Listening to Ipod on car stereo?

I have a ford expedition with a 6 CD changer. In the back seat I also have two headphone jacks, but I think that they might also be able to be connected to my ipod but I'm not sure. Anyway, I was wondering what would be the best way to listen to my Ipod on my car's stereo.

The jacks are probably for headphones for private listening only. That way, it won't disturb others in vehicle. The only way to find out is to hook it up and try it.
