I'd rather list some reasons why it is a good idea to do your own homework.

Without the earth we wouldn't be alive. The fact that humans are so spoiled, wasteful and destructive to the environment, shows that we don't respect the very thing that gives us life. It is unethical to be wasteful to the environment because it is unethical to be spoiled, narcissistic, and hypocritical towards our planet.
