I know which episode your talking about, im not too sure about the song she is playing on the sax, but she is singing Jazz man. Go onto TV.Com and type in The Simpsons and i think something should come up from that eppy :)
 
Hello. I have a question about a song Lisa Simpsons is playing on her saxofon: I dont know which episode it is but she meets bleeding gums Murphy and I think its the ep when he dies at the hospital and she is playing infront of her entire school.
