liquid cooling evga gtx 480 ftw edition?

hey im buying a new rig this summer and its going to come with 2 gtx 480s ftw edition in sli mode, im a noob in the liquid cooling business and im wondering what wud be the best liquid system i could put on them, and how often would i have to change the coolant?thanks for answering ill choose the best=)
