Links in my downloaded flash animation files are lost?

I downloaded the animation from the internet. The animation is interactive, which means, a new flash page appears when I click on something on the flash screen. However, when I downloaded the main page and played it on my stand-alone flash player, all the other linked pages from the original file from the internet are lost. How can i retrieve the links?
