Limited travel problem on FLHX chrome forks

I had my HD dealership install new HD Crome front forks, and they feel like they don't have enough travel. They do not have a lowering kit, any sugustions?

Fork oil? What did they replace the stock with?

I have them same lowers with a lowering kit and don't feel what you describe.

They used heavy fork oil first, and I took it back cause of the limited travel and they replased it with stock oil. By the way nice bike you have there.

There is only 4 inches anyways, probably 1 inch droop and 3 up. I have the chrome forks from the dealer installed when the bike was new also on my 08 FLHX with SE heavy, they are less than stellar.
