Plans that limit the selection of doctors and hospitals you can go to are being tested in a few places by private health insurance companies in order to meet the new affordability/coverage standards of the health care bill. Go outside the limited selection of doctors and hospitals and you have 0 coverage. Better nrabroad
go on vacation and get sick or hurt.
