Limewire installer not working

I've tried to dowload the setup file about 5-6 times now, each time the file is completely downloaded without error. However, the limewire website lists the file size as 3.7 mb but my completed setup file is about 524kb. When I run the setup file, during the configuratoin process, I get an error message that says

'1628: Failed to complete installation'

This message occurs before the actual installation process even begins. It appears to happen just in the process of opening the installer itself.

What is wrong and how can I fix this problem?
 
Just like you, my brain wasn't working either till I got a transplant, then I realized that there was a whole forum for Limewire.
Is it really that hard to find the proper forum to post in? What is it with people?
