Lights that Flash when you play music on the computer?

so here is the thing, i have a standard computer, nothing to fancy. i am going to mod one side of the case and make it see through, LED fans etc. i listen to ALOT of music and i want to get one of those lights that flash to the beat of your music...i no they exist, i have seen them in computers of ebay for sale, but not on there own, anyone have any idea on how to set them up, how they work, and how to get one off ebay. this is very urgent and very important. most descriptive and helpful answer will most defiantly get the 10POINTS!
