A few probably do since salt water can conduct an electric current, but the ocean is too vast for the amount of energy in lightning (which is a lot) to cause any significant damage to populations of marine organisms like fish. The lightning spreads across the water basically, but the fish can die if they are near to the point where the lightning bolt hits.
