Lightest Hardtail Mtn. Bike For 400-450?

Hey I am looking to get a new bike and i was wondering what the lightest hardtail i can get for 400-450? Im not that strong so i need something light but still strong.Thank you very much!

P.s Im 5'8ish-9 Weigh 135 and my inseam is 30 in. I believe? So what size bike do i need? I see it says different inches like 19" 20"? Stuff like that.So what size would i need? Thank you.
 
Visit a few of the local bike shops. Most of them will weigh about the same and they will fix you up with the correct frame size.
