Well Today i was sitting down and i got this sudden feeling of light headness and my heart started to race real bad. My period was suppose to come 2 days ago. I dont take any birth pills. Im married. Im 19 125lb and 5'2. Could this be because of my period? Could this accur ramdomly? Yesturday i also had a headache that would not go away. I dont drink coffee or take alot of caffeine. Did not take any medicine today... just advil... but that was 5 or 6 hours before i felt light headed. Please help???? I know i should go to that doctor... my heart has not really slowed down to normal yet. and i have nausea. I ate taco bell before that... and i did eat kind of fast.. could that be it? I think i had this feeling before... and it was about a month ago and it was after me and my husband had sex. Could this be normal?
