would a 4wd blazer with a 6" suspension lift & 3" body lift on 39.5's sit higher than a 4wd bronco with a 6" suspension lift & 3" body lift on 39.5's ???

If both vehicles were full size, then they were in the same class and would only be a fraction higher or lower than it's counterpart.
So if you give them the same lift, guess what? The difference would only be minimal.
