Brett Favre broke into tears Thursday less than 30 seconds into his retirement press conference. One of the NFL's toughest quarterbacks was reduced to sputtering tearfully as he explained why he was leaving the Green Bay Packers.

Granted, I'm biased against Green Bay and hate them with every inch of my being, but, he's probably the greatest QB ever to play the game. It's a shame, but strap on a set. It's a fucking game. Motherfuckers.

G.G. has an unbreakable Legacy. Dave Arneson is the only other person who can claim to be a grandpa to an entire industry. Brett Favre holds records now, but when someone else breaks them and he dies there is nothing left of him. An entire industry just died for me man. No more NFL for me. That's deep. It's like waking up and losing all reason to play DnD.

Besides, G.G. is in the Astral Plane, DMing a PvP campaign between Hermes and Heironeous. When number 4 dies, what's he gonna do? Look down and say "damn, my records broke!"

And if you fuckers haven't realized it yet, this is a bit of a parody of the shit posted in Life Sucks. Don't get me wrong, I'm sad to see Favre go, but I'm more sad about the Gygax.
