I've said it so many times.....parents should have to pass something in order to have and raise babies, since so many do such a bad job.
My sister's step daughter has several kids, who all live with the dad, except for the one who's dad just died.Poor kid has to live with her now. Her last baby, born in April, she gave up for adoption, which at least she did the right thing, but she is totally irresponsible to raise kids. And she left Oregon because it's one of the few states who say no more gov. money for more than 3 kids. Since she doesn't have all her kids now she's moving back. A real piece of work.
But here in Ca. we have too many anchor babies and supporting them is breaking us
edit to prancing....it is a right, and it better not change, but in most states you still need a license to own them.
