Obama, a former professor of constitutional law at Chicago State University,
signs executive order that no funds shall be used for abortion.
The language of the executive order contradicts the language in the legislation.
Obama knows damn well that his "executive order" is meaningless because it can not override the language of the law.
So he got Bart Stupak to flip his vote in favor of health care reform.....under false presences.
He got his vote based on a lie.
