No! Every dog can learn new tricks! Be vocal and let them know what you like and what you don't... communication is the basis for a good relationship!
If there person's worth it... its worth working on! You both deserve to be happy and you want the other person to know they can please you in all aspects!

It depends.
If I was looking for casual fun with someone then it would matter to me if they were good sexually. I wouldn't want to have to teach them.
But if I was with someone in a relationship then I would be happy to work on the sex. It wouldn't be a big problem if the rest of the relationship was good.

Sad to say but yes in my opinion.

I'm ok with bad sex. I've always preferred to be the more active one anyway, I'm fine with him just laying there and enjoying what I do.
