thug for a boyfriend? My wife and I lesbians(obviously) but she has a straight older sister. Her sister is a beautiful 38-year old Yale Graduate with a great career. She's divorced with two children. Yet she settles for this ex-con thug(13 years her junior). This KID cheats on her and beats on her. They've only been together for a year! I just don't understand. I believe she could do so much better. However, she takes offense to my opinions and my wife's opinions. Again, why would my sister-in-law and many other women like her(gorgeous woman with intelligence, education and a career) settle for a thug?
I just don't understand. I care about my sister-in-law and I know how much she means to my wife. But she won't listen and I am gravely afraid for her and my two young nephews. Every time my wife and I try to get her to see how much better she could be doing, she gets so defensive. She tells my wife if she could choose to be with a woman then it's "no worse than" who she chooses to dates. My sister in law also says that all the black men who are educated and successful like her are being taken by all the white women. I think that's bullshyt. But hey, what do I know? I don't date men anyway. Any advice?
