Make sure you have unlimited data on your plan. Be 100% sure of it--don't just assume....ask a rep to confirm.
If you DO have unlimited data on your plan, then ask the rep to reset and refresh your data plan. They may give you a hard time because the phone is not a Cricket, but insist that they do it anyway.
They will advise you to do a *228.....DON'T!!! You will break your WAP settings that way! Just turn the phone off for a few seconRAB, then turn it back on.
Also, if you get a timeout error when going to News & Info, select Menu from the right soft key, then select #2 Menu again. Then select VZW Home, which should be at the top of the list.
