discuss if any? I personally am having issues accessing the EFS via any DLL i try. Paramtable1 cannot overide .

usually, on this issues, I try out a 9100 dll and it unlocks/overwrites the phone.
 
lg download cannot connect to this one no matter which DLL i try. also trying LGNPST (store) and ghoing to see if the newer workshop version will allow for nv editing like download did
 
i just had one come into the store i wrote the prl and the mip data settings but was unable to access the mms or wap settings lgnpst using the 9700 dll didnt work for ne type of editing so i dunno what to do ne help here would be appreciated
