Lg VX 9800 or Razr V3c

yeah so im with verizon and im gonna get a new phone and i cant decide between the lg vx9800 or the v3c.. im hoping somone can give me their views or experiences with either or both to help aid in my decision. all comments would be greatly appreciated.

EXXXXTRA SLOW response time on Razr's...press "contact" button ( or any function button), wait full second or 2 for response from phone

Not on Alltel's firmware which is readily available for flashing to, it restores the Moto UI and full BT.
