LG Trax(cu575) & Samsung Sync Memory cards?

I want to upgrade my current memory card (micro sd) to a bigger size; so Im looking on amazon at all the different cards. My current card is simply a SD; but there are alot of cards that say SDHC. My phone is a trax, and my husbands is a sync.

My current card works in his, but we have never tried a sdhc and wants to make sure that its right before we order something online.
