LG Rumor

[The quiet one]

I have a Rumor that was originally through Sprint. I have read through the past threaRAB and searched through forums. My question is I have found a walk-through/ guide on "HOW TO: Quick and Dirty Cricket Voice/Text on (most) Sprint HanRABets". Will this apply for me or not? This is my first attemp in changing this phone to work on Cricket. I do have all the tools and PRL. Any suggestions or replys or PM's would gladdy appreicated. Thank You.

yea that guide does aply to you.
heres a watered down version.
in cdma workshop go to the security tab on the method go to lg. then click read, then send, then write 000000. then to load prl click on the other tab and make sure to select the lg method on that as well.

is it possible to fully flash a rumor from sprint using the altel method?

Yes, and No.
The alltel bin will not allow MMS, just wap. So then again your stuck.
