ok i can do everything on this phone. the only problem is i cant receive videos or pictures messages. does anyone else have this problem with this phone? i call tech support and they give me this bullshit run around of waiting 3 days this is day 3 and still no help i have called 8 times and all they can say is to wait. should i call for a manager and be a bitch about it cuz as of right now this is fuckin ridiculous that i have spent 167 on this phone and the plan to get this stuff and i cant use it. plz help i am gettin very impatient with these ppl.
