I want to make my own custom ringtones, and i know how, but when i download it to my computer, i can't drag it into my phone, i have to re-download it with youtube down loader, and it works so that i can drag it into my phone, but whenever i play it on my phone, it sounds recorded, can you help me do all those steps except not using youtube down loader so i won't have bad quality?
