LG Rumor 2 won't get past "hello" screen?

In the "notepad" section on my LG Rumor 2, there were a bunch of notes saved that i didn't write, and there were over 6,000 of them. they all had ridiculous names, like 6786uhru9 (random numbers and letters) and i tried to erase one of them to make space, and once it erased, my phone turned off. when i tried to turn it back on, all it does is go to the main "hello" screen for about 10 seconds, blinks, and then goes back to that screen. yes, i did have a memory card in there when this happened, i heard that taking it out will solve the problem, but i tried that and it didn't work. what do i do? i'm very frustrated.
 
Mine keeps doing this too. Same thing happened to me, except on the notepad, it showed one entry and it was like 5 squares. I clicked on it, then my phone froze up and then showed "HELLO" and since then, its been blinking. I tried shutting it off, taking the battery out and putting it back in. Nothing is working!
 
same thing happened with the 5 squares. i shut it off cuz it wouldnt load. then i turned it on and it wouldnt stop blinking hello
