LG Rumor 2 Sprint error code 97!!! HELP PLZ!?

Every time I try to send a text it gives me an error code 97!! How do I get rid of it?!? I'd hate to call customer support cause they know crap! They tell me what I already know and they ruined my phone last time! I tryed to turn it off and take the battery out but nothing! Please help!!!!!!!!
