LG Rumor 2 cellphone?

I really want the LG Rumor 2 phone in Vibrant Blue, but I live in Canada and I dont have "Sprint mobility". Is it possible to purchase the phone in the states and somehow get a contract with one of the Mobility services in Canada? I am seriously dying to get this phone!!
