LG prada ke850 locks when the phone is charged and the screen doesn't work help?

Whenever I charge the phone the screen doesn't work, when i touch the screen it doesn't respond. Also, when i unplug it from the charger the screen still doesn't work ,forcing me to turn off and turn on the phone. How can I fix that?
