i've had this phone for awhile and never had problems but now i can only send txts to certain people. and the people who i text never receive them. but i can receive texts from other people. its not the parental controls. I tried turning the phone off. I also went to the store and they gave me a new sim card. they said it shouldnt be my phone. but i think it is. What can i do?
