Has anyone been able to fully flash an LG lotus? I see there are a couple of threaRAB out there on this, and people say wap is easy and what not, but I have not seen one person confirm it has or has not been done. I have been messing with this phone for a couple of weeks on and off, and cannot get it to work. I tried using the Instinct method, and still no luck. I thought maybe we needed a thread on our findings on this phone, since the other threaRAB seemed to go off topic, or are simply dead. Please contribute your findinRAB here, I will post all the settings I have tried a bit later on. Thanks people.
 
I think my problem might be the fact that I am using a unprovisioned sprint phone, i tried the work around method posted but it did not work, i was talking to insanecain and he said he found a work around that works....I just hope he posts it in the near future :)
 
:doh: :doh: :doh: :doh: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: i flashed the lg lotus LX600 to cricket and the call/text does well and accepts the change.But when I put in lg download with lg vx8500.dll to nv edit it opens perfect but when I write the data/wap/mms/brew setting it does not stay on the telephone. :doh: Then when I push the read button to recheck the settings it returns back to the original sprint settings. Does anybody have and solutions to overcome this situation. I would really appreciate any help!!! :buddies: :buddies: :buddies:
 
You will not be able to write wap mms like that specially without the right .dll you also need LGNPST..If your phone has not been provisioned for sprint good luck getting around it, ive been trying to get a work around but no luck. Most settings you can write manually some just won't stick..
 
i think i saw it in the flash to talk they can do it
a friend of mine use flash to talk in his store and they can do it , but they charge high tho i dont know how they do it i never been there to see but they do it for sure
 
could you tell me how you loaded prl? i used lgdownload and then i just kept getting roaming messages. could you point me to tutorial. i have searched a ton already
 
Did anyone ever get a solution for web on the lotus? I flashed mine today and phone seems to work great despite I have no net. :crying:
 
hi can i ask for SCR Dll and bin files for this Phone? hope someone has the version 10 for the lx600...........your help is highly appreciated.....regarRAB
 
Can anyone please tell me how to partially flash my lg lotus....or at least give the prl things or what not, im just super confused and over loaded with tons and tons of info
