alexia the best and easy way is vygis box,u can easily remove security code with this box on ks360.

I tested this prob of security code in Ks360 by micro box with reste phone option but not sucess ,
with vygis there is reste option in this modele KS360
finaly I flashed the phone with vigis by this version KS360AT-00-V10c-EUR-XXX_EN_BUL_CRO_CZ_DA_NL_FIN_FR_GER_GR_HU_IT_NO_PL_PT_RO_SERB_SLO_SL_ES_SW_TR
sucess 1000 % the security code is removed automaticly

use this code with out sim card 2945#*71001# hit FactoryReset

Do you have any LG tool? Micro, Vygis, Furious. You can reset the code by using those.
